I stayed for 3 nights. The property is somewhat dated and feels it just about everywhere. Staff at thd front desk were helpful but not that outgoing and friendly. The intersection to access the hotel is a weird and busy one that can result in long wait times to get in and out of the parking lot.

Hotel and staff were great. Doors on hotel rooms like like a prison but once you get into the rooms they are very nice. The area around seems questionable. There is a hotel across the street “the flamingo” that seems to draw people that are undesirable across the parking lot of the Wyndham.

Absolutely awful and almost was electricuted

Room 1 was not clean and the light was buzzing by the bed. Spoke to front desk - got new room. Not clean and I Almost was electrocuted by the light. Told front desk - did not stay. Spoke to hotels.com and initiated refund. Was informed the hotel would not refund my stay - citing the cancellation policy. Wish I could post the videos of the electrical hazard

The breakfast is good with Scrabble eggs, sauvages and potatoes. There is also yogourt, coffee, cereals, muffins, etc. The mattress is confortable, i slept very well.

I felt that overall the property could use more cleaning. I found the common areas to be a bit unkempt. Also, in the room, a light bulb was out and the shower curtain was torn. I plug from drain in the sink was missing and smelled musty. The AC was also very noisy in the room and did not shut off at all unless turned off.

It was a nice room. However, some of my party, including my dogs were not there for the last night, and I tried to get them to change it the day before so that it would reflect in the price that it would be just myself for the last night, but they said it was booked that way and they had to continue to charge me for the extra people and for the two dogs. $25 per dog. That part was ridiculous.

My husband stayed here well I was in the hospital getting an operation. The hotel took payment before it was even time to check in. I called and asked why they did this, and they told me it's company policy to make sure they get their money, even if we dont come... I called Wyndham and was told that is not their policy. Payment should be received at check in. When my husband got there, they then charged his credit card for the room. They said my charge was a hold for the room and not payment, and would be returned in a few hours. This was 6 days ago. I am still waiting for my money to come back into my bank account. The hotel was dirty and the staff was not helpful in the slightest. The suites do not have a door, so its actually a bachelor suite. Breakfast was horrible and when asked about the payment well checking out, they told my husband that he can figure it out with his bank. I highly suggest staying at a different hotel. We have made a complaint with Wyndham directly, and they said that they will be investigating the hotel.

Needs basic care.

Hotel was ok, cute lobby but rooms need basic maintenance. Nowhere to plug phones near bed, half the plugs didn’t work anyways. Carpet was ratty near doors. Bed squeaky and not comfortable. Bathroom was clean but cracked and lifting tiles, cracked sink. We stayed on a Saturday night and there was an event happening, we were put right at the beginning of the hall and there were people running up the hall, kids running and doors slamming. Side door doesn’t work but it does mess up your key so you can’t get into your room.
