The only disappointment for us was the fitness room and the treadmill being out of order. I am sure it is hard to get parts in remote areas like Medora. The front desk staff were friendly most of the time - some more attentive than others.. which is the only reason I am not giving them a five. Overall I would definitely recommend!

Refrigerator squealed a high pitch noise in the middle of the night, room was dirty (cobwebs in both lights) and smelled very musty. Breakfast area was extremely warm.

For expensive daily rate was extremely disappointing. Room is very dated. Dark drapes, dark bathroom tile, no hairdryer. Staff at check in didn’t have professional hotel attire as expected by a hotel chain, could have been more welcoming.

Friendly front desk people, a very comfortable room with a great bed and nice pillows. The rustic western lodge look was very inviting. The pool and hot tub were nice and the hot breakfast was very good. Totally loved this property.
