## Logement
Located on the 1st floor with elevator, this bright and charming apartment is the perfect place for a pleasant stay in the heart of the mountains.

It includes a comfortable sleeping area with a double bed size 140 x 190, ideal for restful nights. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your meals, while the functional bathroom and the dining area with table and chairs add to the comfort of your stay. The lounge invites you to relax after a day of walks, and the ski room is convenient for winter sports enthusiasts.

Enjoy a shared outdoor swimming pool, open from June to September from 10 am to 5 pm, and a furnished balcony that will allow you to enjoy the magnificent view of the mountains. You will particularly appreciate its brightness and warm atmosphere.

A sauna is available to all residents of the building, for a moment of relaxation after a good day.

Everything you need for a great stay is at your disposal: hairdryer, television, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven and iron, among others.

Please note that sheets and towels are provided at an additional cost.
In addition, there is no Wi-Fi in the accommodation, but you will have access to a parking/garage during your stay.

For your small daily errands, a supermarket 'Franprix' is only 7 minutes away by car.

During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the must-see sites that make the region famous. The Chalet de La Livraz is 3 minutes by car, the Princess cable car at 9 minutes and the Praz sur Arly station at 15 minutes.
