In all honesty this is not a 4 star place to stay and the photos are of somewhere that is not the Beaumont. Don't pay this amount and expect to stay somewhere that looks like this. It's just not going to happen. The suburb of Kew is a nice place to stay, lots of places nearby to eat out. Public transport is readily available and the CBD is about 30 minutes away by bus or tram. The room really doesn't meet expectations after booking based on the photos. Definitely not 4 star

The advertisement from online is not the same in actual room, needs to upgrade/fix the kitchenware, exhaust of toilet, tv and range hood. Needs someone to check the room if the house keeping had clean properly the room

the bed was reasonable and the bathroom was clean. wifi was poor, we had to go up and down stairs to get to the room, curtains didn't close properly, poorly maintained property overall, nothing like the pictures.

It was well stocked and I loved the kitchenette, it was so handy and staff were friendly! The only thing I would suggest is deep cleaning the carpet and vacuuming the shared areas as I noticed there was mud in the steps for days plus cleaning the vent in the bathroom which was full of dust, also letting guests know that the shower steam will set off the smoke detector if the ba

Prices are good, unfortunately the property had been neglected for a long time. carpet hasn't been cleaned for a long time. dirty bed sheet, crawling ants everywhere around the kitchen. A top to bottom cleaning is needed, and pest control.

Bathroom lighting was poor for ladies using makeup. I didn’t know it was serviced appartments. If I had I wouldn’t have booked as there was no emptying of bins etc. I don’t expect clean sheets everyday but when you stay for7 days a quick clean would have been nice, Overall my stay was pleasant.
