The lobby smelt lovely as you walked in, the staff went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met, and the room was incredibly clean. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay the Crowne is the place to go!

Room was nice and clean, staff was friendly, loved the free water machine under the gingerbread house. Would come back again. The renovation made it difficult to get in and out, otherwise it is a pretty good hotel.

The construction around the hotel while I know is temporary it was annoying how on Saturday the footpath was blocked and made getting to the stairs at the hotel difficult.
