Enjoy your stay at Gracie's Lane Luxury Villa No. 2. Situated on our stunning equestrian and English Leicester sheep property central to all hinterland and beachside attractions on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. For the equestrian lovers, we are situated less than 10 minutes from Boneo Park Equestrian Centre. We also have a second villa sleeping one couple. See separate listing. For groups of up to 6 you can book both villas. We welcome you to our property.

The space
Beautifully appointed and furnished and newly renovated to the highest standards. Only two adjoining villas available. See separate listing for villa. No 1. Gracie’s Lane Villa No 2 is our larger villa consisting of 2 bedrooms, large living, dining and kitchenette, bathroom and laundry. Please note there is no oven or stove in the kitchenette.
