Location is perfect for convenience to all areas of the CBD. The hotel is receiving great updates (pool are etc) and once completed will be wonderful. A smart TV in the room would have been good.

Staff were approachable, on the first day had to park bit far, but on the following day got the nearest parking which was easy for a quick check out. Great location, however the television didnt have you tube or didnt even have a smart tv which was disappointing for the kid. The shower didnt have a glass door/ separation too. Nit overall good for money. Easily accessible to everywhere in the city.

It was a lovely hotel stay. Staff were attentive, kind and caring. Only issue we had was with the bathroom in the room. I was able to use it fine but my friend who is taller than me had to crouch down to use it because of the step up. Also left water over the floor if the pressure was too high. Flaw on the design of the bathroom for functionality. O

I stayed in the classic king room, which is a standard room. It appears somewhat outdated. The shower lacks a door, resulting in water spilling out. The air conditioning is centrally controlled, preventing any adjustments to the temperature. Only one elevator is operational, and it takes a considerable amount of time to arrive. The rooftop and swimming pool area were closed for maintenance and will remain inaccessible for an extended period. It would have been preferable if this information had been provided on their website, allowing potential guests to be informed prior to making a reservation. Additionally, if you have an International card, your bond of $100 aud will takw a month to be released back into your account. Nevertheless, the location is excellent, conveniently situated near shopping areas and a variety of dining options.
