Ground floor of a two storey character house surrounded with undercover veranda`s and lovely cottage gardens. Come relax, bliss out, or explore the Yarra Valley Sanctuary, wineries, cheese dairy`s, Yarra River, newly renovated Eastland shopping precinct, and organic farmers market. Visit Warrandyte`s boutique shops on the rivers edge, National Parks, nature walks, Puffing Billy in the Dandenongs, hot air ballooning or skydiving. We are a 30 minute drive from the city.

Cosy neat and clean character house with huge under cover veranda and luscious green gardens. Magnolia Cottage has just been freshly renovated by Ash, Sandy and Pat`s son. Sandy and her daughter ( kirk) have a pottery studio in the garage You are most welcome to come have a look. We also run classes from time to time. One single floor mattress can be arranged on request.

The ground level will be all yours during your stay, Sandy and Pat will respect your privacy and are happy to help you with and questions during your stay, they live upstairs ( stairs are in the middle of house leading up are not to be used ) with one cat ( Frankie ) Parking in the drive is shared between you and the host`s one car, there is room for 1 car of yours in drive and on street also if needed.

Croydon is a friendly family neighbourhood. We have many European trees surrounding us, and a park with play equipment and bbq`s within a 2 minute walk. The park is popular for walking or running through . Croydon Main Street has many restaurants and cafe`s.

It is easiest to get around by car. There is a bus stop within a two minute walk, and the train station is about a 20 minute walk away.

Please note the accomodation is on the ground floor of our 2 storey house. You have the ground floor to yourselves. Pat and Sandy live upstairs.
