Car park next to Quest office, many vehicles got broken in to overnight. items stolen and vehicles damaged - Quest staff member/security in office with cameras next to it. same level and just outside entrance from reception to carpark - very strange not to have seen or been alerted to it during this activity. left our experience deflated to say the least.

The room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only complaint was that there was a motorized noise happening outside our window at 1am; probably not within the hotel’s control?!

Staff was excellent, helpful, courteous. Room was clean and tidy. Oven door hinge broke - could not use oven. Rangehood cover fell off onto the cooktop. Kitchen did not have a frying pan - had to ask reception for one.
