i dont remember them saying that they wouldnt have internet... maybe im stupid or blind but im sadly an internet obsessed goblin and im always glued to my phone so if they mentioned anywhere that there wouldnt be internet i would've noticed. but it is what it is
Unfortunately it felt like i was being harrassed to an extent . They came across incompetent. Staff should all be following the same checklist at check in .. Instead pick and choose when they want to enforce their requirements . Staff knocking on doors as they opening door instead of JUST knocking first. Felt violated . Really disappointed with speding my money here.
I booked for two rooms as my son was flying in from another state for his birthday but at check-in we were told Iâd only booked one room even though I showed a screenshot of my booking that clearly says two rooms 4 adults ! They had no extra rooms available. I then had to race off to another part of the building and book a room that cost a lot extra via a different company. The hotel blamed Expedia, I donât know what went wrong I was left unimpressed.
The staff were lovely. The property is in a great location for public transport straight into the city and for the Epworth. Unfortunately the apartment was not clean, mould in the shower, very dusty carpet and skirting boards, few provisions - body wash but no flannels, dishwash liquid but no sponge or cloths, one fork. Lots of potential. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was warm. I felt safe.
Great in every respect except not enough bedding. I was cold at night and the air conditioning was very noisy. But apart from that great. Lovely big rooms.
The service was fantastic, the rooms are starting to look a bit run down. No smart tv which I think needs to be stated. But overall perfect location and would use again.
Property good . I asked whether there was parking at the property and was told yes but when we arrived there was no parking left and we had to find parking which difficult to find a secure park close by . We found one after 40 mins driving around and it took twenty to walk back to our apartment .
The floors were dirty, coffee tabletop and kitchen benches were dirty, the stovetop was dirty, crockery and glassware were dirty, some of the cutlery was stuck in the drawer, obviously due to something sticky and the shower/bath wasn't clean. It's a shame as the linen was perfectly clean, and the staff were perfectly lovely and very accommodating. Friendly, more than happy to assist with any enquiries. I don't like leaving negative feedback, but if they don't know then how can fix it? Obviously the cleaning crew are to blame here and perhaps need to reevaluate how they do things.
Richmond Central apartment was in a fabulous location. Easy walk to shops, CBD, sports venues etc. Great transport options very close too. The level of cleanliness in the apartment really let it down, for example the bath had a black ring around it from the previous tenant. All surfaces looked like they needed a wipe, the bathroom floor was full of fluff, and the bed, while it was a great size the mattress was super hard, which made sleeping a challenge as it was not comfortable.
Iâve booked this hotel through Wotif and received the itinerary straight away which said that check-in closes at 10 pm. I arrived at the hotel at 9:30 pm and they were closed therefore I rang the number on the door. The person that answered said that this was not the hotel Iâve booked for so I rang another number and it was the hotel I booked. The person who spoke to me on the other number said that I didnât have a booking and he wasnât able to help me therefore I have to get a refund through Wotif. Wotif are now telling me that the hotel manager isnât answering the phone to issue me a refund and it has been 48 hours. Yesterday I received a call from a worker at the hotel who advised me that I did still have a booking and no one had cancelled it and she cancelled it however she did not help with the refund and just said she would await Wotifâs call. It is not that hard to refund somebodyâs money seeing as the booking was not in the system, I was left without accommodation and this wait is ridiculous.
