All round great stay

Friendly and helpful staff, clean room with all the immensities, great massages at the spa and pool/sauna facilities. Room service food was actually very nice (usually find it isn’t at hotels) Huge variety at breakfast and good coffee. Only thing is the beds weren’t as comfy as would have expected!

Loved our beautiful room and view of the river. The hotel's location in Southbank made it a perfect hub for walking and exploring the central business district. All the staff there were wonderful. The restaurant and bar were fantastic for breakfast and drinks, respectively. Highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Melbourne
