Property location was close to public transport.Property was advertised with car space however garage key could not be located. After communication with agent it was advised key was removed from premises as battery was flat. This was to be chased up and get back to us but never heard a reply.This left us having to pay for parking for our 2 nights which was disappointing as booked based on car space being available.

The place was clean and comfortable. Close to the action in North Melbourne and within walking distance of so much. I would recommend this place.

Location & Views!

Recently stayed for a week, 2 adults 1 teenager. Easy to locate property, easy to self check-in/out. Secure, under cover carparking provided. The property itself was clean, well maintained, comfortable furniture and ample storage. All basic essentials were supplied on arrival eg: tea/coffee, shampoo/conditioner/soap. Excellent air conditioning on the 2nd & 3rd floor. The city views from the balcony and main bedroom were outstanding, we could only imagine they would never grow old! The location was so easy and convenient on foot to local cafes, restaurants, pubs & convenience stores. The tram stop was a 1 minute walk from the property and a 10 minute scenic ride to Flinders Street Station. I would 100% recommend this property for location, cleanliness, city views but not for young children or the disabled community due to the high number of stairs to access the property and once inside! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
