The room was very comfortable and clean. The view of the city was amazing. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel is situated close to the city and public transport, very easy to get around. The breakfast was good value and had a good variety of food on offer.

Didnt like: shower pressure too low. For bedding, doogna insert was placed on bed with no quilt cover. Didnt feel hygenic. More vegetarian options at the restaurant. Right in the middle of the city, surrounded by so many food options, a few minutes walk to Emporium shopping and right next to Chinatown. Staff were amazing, friendly and welcoming, our Host Quentin was beautiful, and made our check-in a smooth experience. When checking out, we got to say goodbye to Quentin and the other staff member didn’t even want us to check out. The room was beautiful, view was even better. Definitely one of the best Hotel experiences my fiancé and I have had.
