we were in room 362 across the way from the banquet hall around 6:30am to 8 am work personnel we’re talking loudly and laughing. It was very disrupting.. very difficult to sleep.

Everything shut down at 7;30pm. Staff somewhat unprofessional using cell phones, eating, and using slang when dealing with customers. Room fireplace didn’t work, found a piece of bacon under the alarm clock, a hair clip on the floor by the lamp, and a cheeze it under the balcony table. Restaurant was “booked” with open tables we saw walking thru dining to the overlook outside. Whatta Berger overpriced and was told could only order bottled beer or wine bc they were closing.
