Hilton Memphis promised to comp me with 10,000 points for such a terrible stay and then went back on their promise and left me ghosted. Terrible stay, terrible service commitment. Probably said it to avoid a bad review, but didn’t follow through- would have worked. Instead they get a bad review… - Power went out - Water went brown after power outage- super nasty - Broken Toilet, had to move rooms - No temp controls worked - Mold in rooms - Systems went down consistently, could not order food - Lower level toilets out of order Overall worst hotel I’ve been in. Memphis is not a great place, this maybe the best in the area which is sad. Hilton do better!

Reserved a room with 2 Queen beds, after receiving room card at the front desk, upon entering the room it was a single king bed. It also appears there was some sort of malfunctioning with the computer system at check in. The representative had to complete the process between 2 stations, while multiple people were checking in and several staff members were doing the same.

The Friendliness of the Staff is so Awesome!. Hats off to... ...Ms Danielle @ the front desk and the African Wife who owns the white Mercedes, even when off the clock, she Upheld the Superb Guest Dedication, stopping on her time to be sure a guest was ok & safe. And I would be remiss if I didn't mention the Staff Lady, with the Beautifull Tattooed Leg, she Brings the WOW! out of the guests
