Horrible stay

I book and paid for a reservation for a double queen bad room. When I arrived at the hotel they said they didn’t have a reservation. Then when they did find my reservation they said they didn’t have any more rooms. After I had already paid for my room. They said they could give me a king 1 bedroom. It was three of us. It was very uncomfortable for three people to try to sleep in one bed . The hotel floor we were on had a terrible smell and there was a constant weird noise happening. Then the breakfast with the hotel was horrible. Just a nightmare I will never stay their again.

Convenient Location

Good location close to freeway and retail stores, but slightly secluded in the back of a retail center. Room preferences entered with reservation were not fulfilled. Everything was clean. Room was quiet. Breakfast was good but very crowded. Parking seemed pretty secure.

Enjoyed our visit. Nice breakfast but Hampton Inn in Bartlett offers a much better one. The mini suite was very much an upgrade at no extra cost. Very quiet, clean and comfortable.
