Nice location, safe area, free parking, nice kitchen, washer/dryer free, comfortable bed, quiet room, clean bathroom and apartment, Great communication from Amit, walkable to Beale Street 30 minutes, 5-7 minutes drive to all attractions, kroger and Walgreens 5 minutes drive, plenty of hot water, heating and air-condition worked well. Host was super accommodating and communication was perfect. Loved the free washer and dryer and they provide everything you need. Was excited to see an ice machine too. Did get pretty cold and was hard to keep the room warm, but that may be just me being spoiled and not used to the Memphis weather. My husband really liked the back parking area, well monitored and felt very safe. Definitely going to be our new go to when visiting Memphis.

Room was very clean and organized. A very quiet part of downtown to stay. Only complaint is large SUV’s and trucks did not follow the rule of parking in the back, making entering and exiting the small parking lot at the front a little difficult. Definitely NOT the owners fault

The staff brought us body Armour for our marathon. It was so wonderful, clean, and it had everything we needed. They even accommodated a late check out and I appreciated the closed gates at night. The kitchen items were much needed.
