Beautiful place, great location!

Great apartment in even better location
I picked this property because I am a big Gaudí fan and the Casa Batllo was visible from the window in the photos. Little did I know what a prime location this is. Easy walk to the Old Town and ideally positioned in Eixample to be able to walk or take a short train ride to all the main Modernisme sites. Did I mention trains? The Metro is a half block away, and the Regional Renfe trains a little over a block. We took day tours of Girona and Tarragona and then walked five minutes back from the Passeig de Gracia train station to the apartment. The apartment is clean and spacious. It could be laid out a little better to maximize use of space, but that's a small quibble. The room with two beds is tiny and one of my boys wound up sleeping on the couch in the living room which would have been fine but it is closest to the street which can get loud at night. You're 7 floors up but there's still traffic and reveler noise so factor that in mind if you're a light sleeper. I slept in the main BR and never had a problem. The property management team EnjoyBCN is highly professional and friendly. Took care of all our needs and arranged transportation to the airport in the wee hours for our return flight. Great property, great location and well managed. ¡Buon día!
