Anniversary get a way.

We had a great week here in this cabin for our 50th anniversary. Cabin was well stocked, clean, and everything in working order. We stayed there for about a week and really enjoyed the atmosphere and our time of memories and togetherness. Due to weather and other schedules, we did not get to make use of the kayaks, that was the only downside. We had board game, TV, and internet when we confined to indoors, so no disappointments.

Very comfortable accommodations with beautiful views, but would have enjoyed a TV in the kitchen area. Upon arrival outside garbage containers had been destroyed with trash strewn about likely by animals. Contacted management and the problem was quickly cleaned up and resolved.

Not so winter getaway

We were planning on cross country skiing but Mother Nature had other ideas. Lots of hiking near by, 6 min from town, was just the right size for the 4 of us! We enjoyed our stay and would rent again. To the owners may want to add more dish towels or a drainer for under drying rack and a new toaster as you have to unplug it to get the toast to come up.

Great getaway

Great spot on the lake, used the kayaks everyday and had dinner sitting on the deck looking out over the lake. We rented a utv and the trail goes right by the house. Couldn't ask for much more.

Fabulous! Thank you for putting so much thought in the decor and amenities you so graciously provided. Everything so neat and Clean. Our favorite space... that's a tough one, because we enjoyed it all. The Lake is beautiful! Looking out from the deck watching the boats, water skis and tubing, so relaxing! This is Definity one of our favorite and we will be back! Thanks again for opening up your beautiful home! We had a Blast!

Not as expected

Most places are ready for the people to arrive. This place had no propane, the bath/tub jets didnt work. We had to go into town to buy some cleaner for the tub. The pans need to be replaced. The basement living area was musty and damp. Carpet was wet in multiple places. Lots of moths inside. Couldnt enjoy the porch because the furniture was dirty and wet. I will not be renting here again. After reading the notes from previous renters the same issues we had are not taken care of from their time there.

Awful!!!!

There was supposed to be air conditioner, was not, cabin was 80 degrees. Was sent wrong WiFi password, wasn’t sent the correct one until second day so couldn’t look anything up on where to go and see. The smoke alarm started beeping on first night, had to get up and figure out which one. There were no screens on windows and the sliding doors screens had holes in them so couldn’t open windows to cool off house. We arrived on Monday and was supposed to stay until Friday but we left Wednesday morning, too hot in cabin to stay, very miserable.

Great snowmobiling spot!

The house was just a short ride away from Trail 12B making it very easy to find. With the driveway being long and narrow (with snowbanks on the sides) I would suggest getting out and walking the driveway before entering with anything longer than a 2 place trailer but we made it work no problem!

Nice little getaway for me and my dog

Wish I could have stayed longer so I could have tried the kayak as well as the surrounding area as it seems to have to a lot to offer. I arrived in the evening, had one full day and then had to depart the next day. My dog loved looking out the windows on the lower level. Beautiful views of the lake through the trees. Wish there had been a cookie sheet or something to use with the oven otherwise it was pretty well stocked. They definitely need to fix the lowest step leading to the lake. I had to sit down and put my feet on the ground. Didn’t want to roll an ankle as no one would have heard my calls for help! That’s how isolated you are!

Nice little cabin

This property was what you’d expect for the price. It was small. But for my husband and I for our anniversary get away it was perfect!! The beds were a big too firm for our liking but everyone is so different when it comes to that sort of thing. The place was mostly clean. I gave this a 4 star only because it had ALOT of spider webs in the windows and places. Feels like a good cleaning is in order. But the neighborhood is amazing and quiet. Loved the area.

Great view of lake

View of lake was great. Mosquito's were bad at night in house. Location was great surrounded by lakes. fishing was hohum, few bluegills and bass from dock. deck was nice in morning and late afternoon. Gps took us to wrong house so watch for the fire number. Other than that it was a great stay.

Pictures on web site were correct. Very clean and quiet. Could not find the paddles for the kayak until the day before we left then the weather was bad.There was no two person kayak as advertised. Overall it was a great place to visit
