The rooms were always clean but what made extra special our stay was the súper friendly staff, especially Lucila. She smiled always and did everything we needed, acted as concierge, bussed tables, recommended restaurants and places to visited, day and night. Every other staff member was the same. El hotel le urge una remodelación, pintura en ma estado vidrios muy sucios, las maderas de la alberca sin plantas, hay una pequeña hielera en la habitación pero no hay máquina, pedimos hielos que nunca llegaron, si se te hace tarde te cobran 17 usd por hora así que olvídate de un posible late check out
