"Bilder auf der Website sind irreführend, das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und macht mehr den Eindruck einer heruntergekommen Barracke. Es hat mit dem normalen 4-Sterne Standard von Novotel rein gar nix zu tun. In den Zimmern roch es gammelig, was mit Raumdeo versucht wurde zu übertünchen. Außerdem gab es Bettwanzen. Beim Frühstück lag schimmeliges Obst im Obstkorb, was dem durchweg präsenten Service Personal entweder nicht auffiel oder egal war. Wir werden dort definitiv nicht mehr buchen. "
