Doesn’t look like the photos, is way more run down than them. Breakfast was inedible and I’m one that usually loves hotel breakfast. We had to go somewhere else it was that terrible. The bed was so uncomfortable we didn’t sleep much.

Great staff!

We stay here every year for our annual family vacation. Its truly a wonderful stay. Staff are great and responsive to whatever we need. Our bathroom was beautifully remodeled this year.

We were provided a room that had been so recently renovated that there was still wet stain on the bathroom vanity, a strong odor of stain and paint throughout the room, wet grout and dust in the shower, and a layer of drywall dust coating the furniture and bedding. While the desk staff confirmed that the room was inadequate for guests, the hotel was full, and we could not be resettled in a more finished space. I called to request a refund multiple times over the weeks that followed and was repeatedly told that the manager was too busy to take my call. The experience and customer service at this hotel was abysmal and the state of the room was shocking.

Baseball stay

This hotel was ok. It would be better as just an over nighter than for an extended trip. We were here for a baseball tournament. Breakfast was basic but was sufficient for the boys before games. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1 star) This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room was dirty — there was hair in the bed and shower, the lighting was terrible, and the odor was so bad I had to buy air freshener. Towels weren’t available when I asked, and the TV stations didn’t work. Breakfast was minimal and disappointing. There was even a leak in the lobby, and I witnessed the front desk person run upstairs, banging on a door and yelling, “I told you no showers!” — completely unprofessional. When I expressed my disappointment in the quality of the hotel and my overall stay, the front desk lady just shrugged and said, “Have a nice day.” Between the poor cleanliness, lack of hospitality, and uncomfortable environment, I would absolutely not recommend this hotel.
