We stayed 8 days for Thanksgiving to do nasa, seaworld, fishing, cocoa beach, Busch gardens. The location of this property is great. The Dolphins restaurant is wonderful. We had a couple things that we needed during our stay and the property responded very promptly. The beds are a little worn and had an issue with the fridge freezing upbeat that wo
Great location for a trip to the Kennedy Space Center. Just a short drive to the Space Center. After a long day at the Space Center we enjoyed dinner at the Dolphins Waterfront Bar and Grill - literally out the front door and around the corner. Relaxing atmosphere and good food. The condo was spacious, very clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed for our stay. I would certainly recommend this location for anyone making a visit to the area.
This condo was located in a great marina community. We stayed here primarily because it was close to Port Canaveral and parking for our cruise. But the location and condo was more than we expected. The condo was spacious and clean. The community was small, but had a great energy. Itâs right on Merritt Island and close to Cocoa Beach. Couldnât have asked for more. We would definitely stay here again.
Highly recommended. The place is as pictured, really nice and clean, heated pool is a big plus. They also have beach chairs for use. Management was very responsive. We definitely will be coming back.
Had a great stay at Cape Crossings while our children were in camps at KSC and basketball training. Very convenient to major highways and shopping. The unit was nicer than the images on-line! Very spacious for a family of 4 and had everything we needed as home-base for a week. We really enjoyed the convenience of Dolphins for a meal or cocktail. Definitely recommend!
Great property, great location, and did I mention clean. Newly remodeled and yes it was. I would stay here again with my family. The Dolphin restaurant on site was great and the neighborhood is very safe and clean. If you are looking in the area for a spacious clean facility, then this is it. FIVE STARS ALL AROUND.
Overall good. Place well equipped for short stay but lacking for longer stay with respect to kitchen items (dishes, glassware, tea towels, etc.). Not a walkable area.
We truly enjoyed our stay here. The pool and hot tub were perfect! It was always a great way to end or start our day. The house was clean. We did have one issue with our shower/tub, but after it was reported to the front desk they fixed the issue. House does not have a lot of kitchen items, but it was enough for breakfast and lunches. The fitness area was also a nice added benefit.
We stayed here with a 4 year old, 2 year old, 11 month old, and a 10 month old. The kids Loved the pool! We were provided with 2 packnplays which was super helpful. I would love to see them add the option to have a highchair.
We arrived and due to a low lock battery could not open the door. Made a call and within minutes we gained access to the townhouse. Townhouse we perfect. Beach chairs and wagon came in handy to use for the beach. Easy drive to the beach. We were there for a softball event and used camping chairs. We walked out by the marina and watched a rocket launch. Rented a pontoon boat right there and saw dolphins. The townhouse had everything we needed. Pool was a few townhouses down and was well kept. We even played giant Jenga and connect four by the pool. Would definitely recommend this place.
Overall our stay was very good. However after paying an additional charge for a "late" checkout (noon) an HVAC contractor showed up at the unit at 10am to replace thermostats and do some other AC related work, which had the effect of forcing us to leave to leave the unit much earlier than planned and agreed. I've made several attempts to request a refund for the late check out charge but I've been ghosted.
We really enjoyed staying at this property. We were 5 adults and fit comfortably. We took advantage of the boat rentals on-site, which were reasonably priced, as well as the dockside restaurant for cocktails. The property was close to grocery stores, coffee shops and Cocoa Beach. I would definitely rent here again if I was in the area with a group.
The property was nice, just like the pictures. The kitchen was barebones unlike other VRBOS Iâve stayed at. The Dolphin restaurant onsite was horrible, we stayed in cooked after that experience. We rented a pontoon from on-site which cool. All in All it was a nice place at a fair price.
Place was great, we enjoyed. There was no information about the check in process or how to proceed. We needed information about how to access the rental. When we arrived the unit we were assigned was occupied. The occupants.let us know to go to the office where we were assigned a unit. It was pretty stressful as the listing mentioned no time frame or check in requirements. Of we had arrived a little later we wouldn't have been able to get into our rental.
The Cape Crossing location & marina are a good boaters choice. However this unit is overlooking the main load highway & 24hr blinking LED billboard. Property good, other units would be more peaceful & overlooking water.
Place was great, served its purpose. Iâm not sure why so many places have to charge so much to clean. Especially since it was just me and I used 1 bed/bath.
Other than little to no communication with the property manager, everything was excellent. A first time VRBO customer would have probably canceled because they wouldnât have known what to do.
It is really a nice unit however.
