Problem with room 1049 and 1051 itching and bug bites blood on sheets, reported bug bites to hotel stated they didn’t find bed bugs in 1049. I would not stay there again.

Hotel is very outdated and dirty. The room had thick dust on the curtains, the carpet, lamps, chairs, and bathroom floor. The bed sheets, especially the pillow cases were so wrinkled they felt like washboard. The shower water drained very slowly, so you were standing in a pool of water ankle deep.

Right now, the dining options are few, perhaps because they closed to buffet to make room for new dining spots. The two restaurants that were available are good, but both are small and lines were long at times. The staff is great and the facilities are clean. We enjoyed the free entertainment on Tuesday and Wednesday nights. The outside needs some sprucing up (new paint).

This was not our first time to this property. We enjoy the pool and it is a fun atmosphere. It was sad to see all the water drained from the front entrance water falls. We learned this time that you need to request the 'renovated' rooms, otherwise you get put into the older rooms that were in a pretty terrible condition. Once the staff moved us to the renovated room it was much better. The new rooms are clean and feel really nice!

Excellent restaurant, Katherine’s, on the property. The hotel has done some renovations which are nice and more to come. Hopefully their rooms are also going to be renovated. They need it. But a good value nonetheless
