It wasn't bad but not the best. Had no tissue paper, not a full roll of toilet paper. When showering, water would spill all over the floor. Room key would not activate one elevator, had to wait for the other elevator. Coffee was too bland.

Basic Accommodations

The staff wasn't very friendly. The breakfast hot food was cold because, incredibly, they put food into the chaffing dish directly from the cooler without heating it up. Maybe this was a one off because of untrained staff. The room was quite small featuring a plastic chair, a small half closet, and beds that were clean and comfortable.

My car was blocked by a double park car perhaps from a guest, hotel dies fail to register car info from every room booked, so my misery lasted more than 10 hrs waiting for car to move, employees did not seem to care much, where not able to do much, manager would not answer their call fro help

Prefer not to label this.

Breakfast bar was really bad, service personal didn’t keep food available. Had to almost get inside kitchen to be able to get utensils and warm tortillas. Will not be staying there again.

The hotel is not very clean, in the hallways it has a strong smell that is not very pleasant, at night you hear a lot of noise and that does not allow you to rest and sleep well. The receptionist did not provide good service, very poor attention when entering the hotel.
