I had to wait 1 hour to get my room. Check in time was supposed to be 3:00 PM and the room wasn't ready until 4:00 PM due to "operational issues". I sat at the reception for the whole hour without information about the estimated time the room would be ready and I wasn't even offered a drink or the chance to go in to the guest area and wait in terrace. The last 20 minutes of my wait, the front desk was empty because the personnel just left so they didn't have to face my inquiries. My reservation included a complimentary bottle of wine, which I didn't get. The room is much much smaller than it appears in the pictures. My compliments to the photographer. Bathroom is awkward and tiny. No space to put toiletries in the shower so I just had to put them on the floor while bathing. The bathroom sink is ridiculously small, the water splashes on to the floor when you wash your hands. The bathroom door gets in the way of the shower door, and the shower door covers the light switch when it's open. So you have to figure out the right order of movements in order to get a shower with the light on :) The place is nice and new... but I would definitely wouldn't stay there again.

Beautiful property and lovely staff. Pretty decent gym that I used 5 out of the 7 days that I was there. They have really nice bikes available for borrowing. A lot of good food/dessert/drinks options within close walking distance.

Great property, everything worked out smoothly, the place is clean and modern and very convenient. Also pretty quiet for the area as it can be noisy. The price is really good as well compared to equivalent places, its important to consider everything as a whole at the time of a review.
