We booked 3 nights at this hotel but left after the first night. The noise was so loud from the street and a bar/disco in the area, that we couldn't get any sleep until 4am when the bar finally closed. I was traveling with my daughter, and planned to sleep on the pull-out sofa, but it was stained and dirty looking, so that wasn't an option. The property refused to refund us the balance for the unused two nights.

Most of it was good. The only thing that I didn't appreciate was that I payed for an early check-in and the room wasn't ready. They told me they would reimburse but they didn't. Aside from that, everything else was great.

You get what you pay for.

The highlights: they had an available umbrella that helped us out a lot until we bought our own. Check in was easy and the communication was great. They held our luggage and were able to go explore until our room was ready. Room was exactly like the picture. Now what was dissatisfying was we found our room dirty. Dirty floors, dirty towels and some of the bed linen dirty as well. We mopped the floor because it was so gross. We did ask for housekeeping for one day and it was an additional cost. They don’t do housekeeping at all during your stay. The bed was uncomfortable and hard. Roma was a cool area to stay but very loud. Try condesa area it seems to be more quiet. The elevator was slight broken. It kept opening and closing. The laundry room was dirty and the machines don’t work too well. Not a bad stay.

The property is very nice. It is on a main blvd. so there is ALOT of traffic noise. But it close to many things. Also the beds are hard and if you get a room with living room it does get a little warm.
