The room was gorgeous but smaller than pictured. It was clean and was nicely decorated. There was a small fridge on our floor with bottled water for grab and go at any time. The cafe downstairs was included in the stay which was great, the food was good from there but the coffees were great. The Balcon de Zocalo was incredible, we had the included breakfast our last day and it was great with a buffet style or order option. Dinner was amazing, the food was delicious and the views were breathtaking.

Everything was amazing! Complimentary food and drinks are available 24/7 at the cafe. Staff is over the top courteous. You get a complimentary shot of tequila or mezcal upon arrival. Establishment is gorgeous, clean and in the best location of the historic district. Rooftop bar looks out to city square, cathedral/zocalo.

Enjoyed the free sandwiches, beer and the delicious breakfast provided by the hotel. The only thing that I can suggest, is that the mattress was old. Location of this hotel is excellent. Walking distance to most important attractions.

We had a great six nights stay at the hotel. Excellent staff and very friendly. The breakfast were amazing for a hotel on a beautiful rooftop.central location for the historic district. It was about a 20 minute cab ride to some of the other touristareas. Especially nice having the coffee shop that included a lot of food and friendly staff, especially Axel.

I absolutely fell in love with this hotel and Mexico City! The location was perfect, the rooms were beautiful and spotless, and everything about the hotel made our stay so enjoyable. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was lovely, and the staff were amazing — so welcoming and attentive. Every detail made the experience unforgettable. I can’t recommend it enough!
