Barceló México Reforma offers 505 air-conditioned accommodations with minibars and a safe. Each accommodation is individually furnished and decorated. Beds feature down duvets. 42-inch flat-screen televisions come with cable channels.

Staff were accommodating and helpful. We did have a weird situation where someone from the staff came into our room at 1:30 am claiming they were called for room service, which we did not order and nor did she have anything to drop off. The person came right into our room- really creepy, and when we complained they said it was a mistake made by their staff. I asked for a refund and they gave me free breakfast the next day , which was nice but the restaurant staff were unaware and we had to go back to the front desk.

We absolutely love staying here! The staff is so nice and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I absolutely loved the layout of the suite we stayed in! The bathroom was a plus! Due to very busy schedule we didn’t get to eat breakfast there, but the Sonora grill was delicious! We will definitely be back!!

MESSAGE TO EXPEDIA: on your site the room I booked got 10/10: this is not possible! So if you do not want to publish this, then I am questioning all your hotel ratings! I cannot change this text! It was a had experience for RECEPTION and ROOM . The check in went all wrong, I was put in the worst room as I was there solo. The woman at the reception desk was the worst I have seen in my life and I’ve travelled the world. I cancelled my next stay in a Barcelo hotel. Barcelo is very mass touristic. So if you are looking for a more upscale place, this is not for you.
