I would consider this more of a self service hostel than a hotel. You are paying for the proximity to the beach. The walls are very thin and you could hear everything happening in the rooms and outside. Door to our room didn't close all the way. You could see under it and around the sides. Spent hours driving around looking for a spot to park since the two spots were taken and nearby street parking was marked for residential passes only.

If you are traveling without a vehicle, this is not a bad, low budget option. It is very clean, though old. They do a good job at keeping things tidy and the access is via pin pads. Outlets are few but we managed to make it work. The only real problem we had - and it was a bad enough problem we left two days early and went to another hotel - is that there was absolutely no parking available. The “two spots” out back were never open and the street parking is almost all residential permit only. Again, if you do not need parking, it is a perfectly fine and clean accommodation.

Property his old, but kept clean. Definitely signs of wear and tear . And parking is not availableAll the time it is first come first serve. But even with all its shortcomings it's only a block from the beach and I would definitely do it again. Only this time I would not bring a Rent-A-Car to Miami it is not necessary.

We received what we payed for. Space was big. Good location. Places were walkable. The microwave door was broken. The doors on the main entrance of the building and back door were kind of tricky to open. One of the blankets smelled like dog. Communication was good. I will book again if I’m staying for 2 days. I wouldn’t stay longer

The room did not have air conditioning. It's a duct shared the the rest of the hotel that you have no control over, so it was very difficult to get rest. Also, the pictures on the listing are not relevant to the room itself. It smells old, and unkept. Would not rent here ever again.

It is self check-in / out. Communication from the property was excellent. The location is excellent. The property is old-ish but for the price it’s fine. Limited parking on-site but lots of parking on the street or nearby parking lot so parking wasn’t a problem. Location is good - close to the beach, safe neighborhood, restaurants and shopping close by. It was a little noisy at night.
