We have stayed in this building and its sister building before, sad to say that this time we were VERY disappointed. Upon arrival, checking in was extremely chaotic. There were a tremendous amount of people, and only one person helping. Second, the insane line to the elevator!!! We had to wait almost 30-40 minutes to get to our room. The elevators were ALWAYS packed. We had to let 2-3 elevators go at a time in order to get a spot- WOW!! The whole trip the elevators had a long wait time. It was THE worst!!! The room itself
 it was ok, but everything is old, the bathrooms, the doors, the shower pressure, the furniture. It’s sad because the apartment has so much potential. Worst part about the room, the floors were dirty!! Cleaning crew did not clean/wash the floors before we arrived. When we notified management about it, they sent us a mop and cleaning supplies(photos attached) 
 that’s all. As for the beach, it’s not directly by our building, we had to walk about 7 minutes to get to the towel stand and OMG was it PACKED. Impossible to get chairs, and when you have kids and a bunch of bags with you, it can really tough traveling back and forth. Overall, we will not be returning. We have stayed at other places in the area and there’s better especially for this price. Good luck!

Host was very communicative overall. He was responsive to us when we had an issue; handyman appeared almost immediately and fixed things.Views from unit & balcony to ocean were great. Location to Publix and some restaurants were within walking distance.

The condo was dirty overall, all of the cups and silverware was old and worn out. The towels were old and worn out, there was an old dicussting old fashion mop with a bucket with no handel, no cleaning products, there was an old broom and no vaccume.The condo was dark, the lights were burned out in two lamps, the laundry room door couldn't be open all the way, the master closet folding door wouldn't open or close. Boy do I need say more?We got there and went and bought new silverware, towels and cups becase everything was SO disgusting and dirty.I wouldn't stay there again if they offered it to me for free.

Great unit - Meh property

Stayed for 3 nights with my mom. The unit itself is very clean and nice. The property and amenities and service was not as great.Pros:The unit was clean and niceThe beds were very comfortable and there were multiple pillow types on the bed - so no matter what type of pillow person you are (fluffy, flat etc.) there is likely something for you.The unit was very spaciousKitchen was beautifulThere is a hot tub on property (which was nice as some of our days were a bit on the cooler side)AC worked wellCons:No drinks by the hot tub or pool - no matter the container or drink (including non alcoholic) Security that goes around every 5 minutes someone is getting scolded for having a drink too close to the water, including plain waterSpecial Areas - there are numerous areas which are not allowed by rental guests and are for owners only. While there are signs... it's easy to miss. This is both at the beach and the pool. In our 3 days we were told we had to move 3 separate times because we accidentally sat in an area where only owners were allowed. Some elevators only work for owners20% gratuity is added to everything you get on the property, including to go orders at restaurants.No streaming service capabilities in the room - cable onlyLighting in the unit bathrooms is not goodElevators can take up to 10 mins to arriveNot a super walkable area - had to uber to restaurantsCheck in staff was rudeThere was no body or hand soap in the unit to wash hands

Fantastic view on the 25th floor

Very nice 2 bedroom place with a great view. This faces the north which avoids pool noise that may be an issue with south facing units. You only get 2 chairs even if you have 4 people in your unit. They will give you up to 4 towels though. We didn't have an issue getting a spot on the beach even though it is first come first serve and we usually went out late. There are a few places to eat within walking distance, but plan on having food delivered or using a vehicle if you want to avoid the higher priced places nearby.

Poor Service

The place was very nice and the owner was communicative. However, the staff at the resort were rather rude and not accomodating at all. I have a number of items that I could list from the check in process to the bar not honoring the happy hour. The apartment was fabulous and the view amazing but the staff were rude.

Perfect condo

The condo was absolutely perfect as far as location, size, huge kitchen and common area and nice size bedrooms with balconies. The property was amazing, nice pool, fitness area and beautiful beach. My only complaints are that I had significant difficulty with any of my credit cards accepting a transaction with the "We Host" group. It was repeatedly tagged as "fraudulent ". Had to continue calling my banks up until our arrival which was very inconvenient. Also, I was not told that the hotel itself charges a separate security deposit and daily fee for use of the facilities. I do blame this on the We Host group. If you're headed to the beach be aware they only allow 2 chairs per room regardless of the number of people you have, very disappointing.

Overall, the property was very nice. The lobby is pretty and I liked having a security guard to check in with before going to the elevators. I was not prepared to see as many homeless people sleeping in different areas while walking from the resort to the beach in the morning. The condo had two bathrooms, both showers drained poorly. The king size bed was very comfortable. One queen size bed was very hard and not comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very nice!

The property was very nice and well kept. The unit was also very well kept with just a few things that was not satisfactory. The dryer in the unit did not work properly and did not dry our clothes, the toilet flusher in the 2nd bedroom did not work properly, the shower door in the main bedroom did not close properly and the kitchen while it had most of the necessities could use a few more pots and pans. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and be likely to stay here again!
