This was absolutely the worst experience we've had on vacation...the worst thing is no air conditioning in second bedroom..they had "fans" set up..too hot to even use the room had to sleep on couch entire week.the host was told and they sent a guy who couldn't do anything about it. Kept telling them, sent another guy on Thur who got the upstairs down to 73 but bedroom was never fixed.dodnt realize init has stairs, had to go down every time to go to bathroom. A 2 inch step at bottom blended in with floor so is very dangerous, fell on it 3 times. You have to carry all your stuff up 2 flights of stairs when you arrive then down stairs as there's no elevator that goes down to unit. We are older and have medical conditions that made this very difficult. The host said no other units were available that the air worked on except a one bedroom..and we paid for 2 bedroom..really no different than what we had since 2nd was unusable. Said the other units down in that section also had issues with cooling..nothing could be done about it so I was miserable the whole week you have to wait around 30 minutes every time for valet to retrieve your car after being told we could use the app to request before coming down, after waiting for a long time finally was told the app doesn't work so you sign in and wait and wait. The lady checking us in was very rude. You could tell she very aggravated because she had to get off her phone..had to go back 3 times before she would finally give directions

Beautiful Location and property

We stayed here for 4 nights and we loved it! Walk out right onto the beach, pool, gym, a lot of amenities and soooo reasonably priced. It’s in a great location to Miami, South Beach, even the keys are not far away! Place was clean, modern, updated and the beds were so comfortable! Highly recommend!!

Don't do it

Vanessa was very responsive and did everything she could do to make our stay nice. However, the master bedroom was hot- 77-82 degrees the entire week. The staff at the hotel that the condo is in were RUDE at every turn. You have to deal with them upon check-in (which was very difficult) and throughout your stay as you walk by them. They will tell you things like "cover up, I can't have you looking like that" as you walk through the beach resort hotel in your swimsuit. They stand up and look at you harshly as you walk by as if you aren't supposed to be there. Overall, most of the people you will have to deal with in Miami as a whole are very rude and not helpful. Everything is very overpriced such as cocktails. The average price is around $20-$25 per drink. We left very disappointed and definitely won't be back.

Property was as described online. Very clean. Check-in was an issue as security was a bit rude and not helpful. Difficult finding the room due to lack of guidance from security and signs. However the actual property was great and a great location. Steps from the beach.

Great location right on the beach. The check-in process is the worst we've experienced. Unfriendly staff and difficult process to navigate. We would not stay here again due to the unfavorable experience with the management company. They are completely unresponsive to texted messages and messaging through VRBO. They do respond to telephone calls during business hours. There was a problem with the unit that was never resolved. The management company did not respond to messages we sent but finally did answer the phone the following day. When the facility staff was unable to fix the problem, they just left and never returned. The payment process did not allow us to make our final payment. Make sure you stay on top of your payments. The management company will not send you an email to make the final payment, there is no link in the booking confirmation email to make the final payment and there is not a link in the VRBO website to make the payment. You will have to call the management company. I would not stay at a property managed by the company again.

Not very impressed

The check in process was an absolute nightmare. The security guy at the desk was supposed to be helping us check in but kept stopping to help other people that walked up. It was very late; we were all tired and just wanted to go to bed. He gave us no direction on how to get to the room, just pointed in the vicinity of where to go. There are multiple hallways, so we just chose one, which of course was wrong. After walking around for 15 minutes we finally went back up to the security office where he again just pointed to a hallway. He was rude and not helpful or welcoming at all. We had to walk up and down multiple staircases carrying our 50-pound bags due to no elevators. There were drunk people all over the lobby. Once we finally got inside the room, it was okay. A lot smaller than the pictures showed and again more stairs to carry our heavy luggage down to get to the rooms. There was sand in the smaller bed, like on the sheets, there was dirt on the floor and under the bed. The location was nice but due to the horrible check in process and all the stairs you have to carry your luggage up and down we will definitely never be back and honestly wouldn't recommend this place to anyone either.

Very nice and clean! Great location to beach, would be nice to have a way to get into it without going around the building. Checkin a little slow. Maybe need to put more washcloths instead of just one per person and kitchen oven mitts. Overall, very nice place!

Beautiful location and apartment

The stay with my friends and I was awesome! Once we actually got into the unit, it was great! Check in at the desk NEEDS to improve. The staff at the front desk were rude but the apartment is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! I wasn’t able to get into the apartment initially because the cleaning crew accidentally locked the wrong lock, so I had to get back in line at the front desk to wait for help
25 minutes later I was helped. So much paperwork before checking in but it is such a beautiful unit that the check in process is worth it!

Great location but challenging kitchen amenities and services

The condo is steps away from the beach, as described, with easy access to the boardwalk and beach. Publix market is about a 20 min walk but is well stocked. The condo is challenged by a complete lack of kitchen accessories and tools-no mixing bowls, storage containers/supplies, cutting boards, baking sheets/ovenware, oven mitts, kitchen towels, broken down coffee maker, no kitchen cooking utensils like spoons, spatulas, whisk, measuring cups/spoons, working can opener etc.. The dishes/glasses/utensils are entirely mismatched and limited. Dishwasher works but bottom drawer wheels are broken and dishwasher moves out of its secure casing! The property manager was responsive before we moved in, but then ghosted us after when asked about kitchen shortcomings. Literally had to use socks as oven mitts! Staff at the hotel/facility not terribly helpful and lines are long to check in. Recommended this condo if you plan on eating out most of the time!

We had a great time at this property. It was exactly as described. Accommodations were clean and neat. The amenities, such as pool or not available due to construction but we were aware of that prior to arrival. The hotel that the unit is attached to is not nice, but I did not impact our stay in the townhome is absolutely beautiful and comfortable.

Great place, great view, great location

We had a great stay, everything was incredible. There were a few minor issues like a slow moving drain, and a latch on the deck door that malfunctioned, but they did not impact our stay. I highly recommend staying here. The property manager is very quick to respond. The unit is as beautiful in person as it is in the pictures, and the views are amazing. It was great to be able to take a morning beach walk.
