Absolute mess of a place. The valets lost our keys twice in 2 days. First time it was for 5 hours. Now we’re still waiting for them to find them the 2nd time. They’re not looking at all and are just helping other people. We checked out so we have no room to go to and are just stranded at the entrance until who knows when.

Place can you a renovation

Booked a room, but didn’t even get the room I have booked. My room was suppose to come with a sofa bed and two queen beds, but didn’t get the room with the sofa bed, which isn’t a problem, but I was slightly irritated because I had paid extra for that room. If I wanted a room with two queen beds, I would’ve booked and paid less for the two queen bed. WiFi provided through email did not work. The door knob lock was broken, so you can only lock the door with the security code lock. I did some inspection around the room when I arrived and one of the bed, the pieces of the frame had came apart, which I thought it was broken but it was just those cheap wooden bed frame where you can put it right back in. I saw a few cockroaches crawling around. The kitchenette is a joke, honestly. It wasn’t a bad stay, it was good, but everything about the rental was falling apart.

The room was dirty. One of the beds look like it had been sat on and pillows used. The baseboards were dirty. The countertop looked like it was wiped with a dirty cloth. The door to the room didn’t lock when I left, and I came back and was able to just open it. I did not end up staying in the room. I found another hotel to stay at.

Parking logistics and check in terrible. Took very long to check in and to wait for the car. Pool restrictions a mess, a family environment turned into a drinking party. Wifi didnt work

I call Mia Rental 20 minutes right after check in, to request a change of unit because the apartment wasn’t safe for my elderly sisters… unit was filty one of my sisters hit her head with a lower wall going to a seating area… looks like they were repaired celing leaving cement…air conditioning wasn’t working, lights didn’t work..it was very far from elevator.. you pass by filty gym equipment We couldn’t stay there .. i call and explain the situation they told me the didn’t have any other unit available since i book to ecpecia the told me to call expidia and ask for a refund expedia told meMiarental have to refund me…
