This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was dirty - hair and mold in the bathroom, sicky residue on the tables and night stand, broken in-room telephone, lights broken, and to top it all off, broken LOCKS on the sliding patio door. The photos on the Expedia website are NOT accurate at all. I came because of a canceled flight and booked for two nights - when I entered the room, I immediately went back to the front desk and said I didn't want to stay and asked for a refund. They said they could NOT refund me (I literally paid 5 minutes prior) and was told to have Expedia help me. I spent the next two hours on the phone with Expedia. They were of no help. This place was so bad that I left as soon as the sun was up and went to another hotel, not receiving a refund from Expedia. It was unsafe. It was horribly dirty. It was old and run-down. It was $700 for TWO NIGHTS. EXPEDIA, DO BETTER. This is EXPEDIA'S fault. Check up on the hotels you represent - the photos you are using are not accurate. It would have been safer, cleaner and more comfortable to stay in the airport overnight.
This lock was unsecure.

Well it was a really bad day, I was traveling with the kids, and my wife, airlines were canceling all the flights because of the weather condition, I tried canceling the hotel reservation for the two rooms. Neither Expedia or the hotel help me to do so, the Hotel was telling me that because the reservation was through Expedia I had to do it with them, and Expedia was telling me to contact the hotel so I ended up losing $500 because of lack of service in Expedia side. I had also bought an insurance to Expedia, but that didn’t work either. I guess I’ll stop using Expedia.

I checked into Chateaubleau Hotel in Miami and was forced to leave approximately one hour later due to the unacceptable condition of the room. The space showed clear signs of moisture damage, stains, mold-like discoloration, deteriorated furniture, and unsanitary carpet conditions. The room was not safe or habitable and did not match what was advertised. I documented everything with photos and contacted Expedia immediately. Despite not staying even one night, the hotel refused to approve a refund. This experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. I would strongly advise travelers to be cautious and inspect other options before booking.

Overall the room was disgusting. It looked like the floor had not been vacuumed in months. The end tables were exceptionally grimy. The room had a terrible odor as well.Staff was less then helpfull and just stated they would not issue a refund. The building as a whole was not secure. I would never recommend this place to stay. It was so bad i walked away from 275ish dollars.

This wqs a last minute reservation due to airline weather cancelations. This an old boutique type hotel with nice history. It has attempted to update but nit a lot of care was taken during the redo. The hallway marble is beautiful but that is its best asset, along with the attched Greek Restaurant. The hotel staff was polite and kind despite the influx of stranded late night check ins.

This is my first review ever I don’t normally do this, but first off, I didn’t get the room I reserved, gave me a room that was dirty, food on the bed, hair in the bed, door had been kicked in before, toilet barely worked, couldn’t cover up, ac blowing out warm air all night, bed hard as cement, got there at 8pm and was charged 207 for the first night and 167 for the second night, I didn’t stay for the second, I checked out in the am and asked for a refund for the remaining night, they offered to switch rooms and denied the refund, I just accepted the lost and left. Word to the wise only stay here if your stranded without any other option.
