Upon our arrival at the hotel, several issues became apparent. Initially, our reservation, made through Expedia, indicated two rooms, not a single room with two beds, as we were informed upon check-in. Despite the "Vacancy" sign displayed outside, no alternative rooms were available.
The condition of the assigned room was unsatisfactory. The flooring appeared damaged and warped, with visible paint covering imperfections. The bathroom lacked essential amenities such as towels and a hairdryer, and the mirror was marred with brown stains. The television remote was non-functional, and only a limited selection of channels was available, predominantly in Spanish. Furthermore, the absence of an elevator necessitated carrying luggage up the stairs, and the closet emitted a distinct, unpleasant odor.
