You need to know that they have 3 properties. If you book at Chestetfield Hotel, you may be put next door, or across the street from the main one. If you have any issues, you have to go back to the main one to talk to someone at the front desk. And you dont know where you will go until you check in. This is the 2nd time I have used this hotel and the staff has always been amazing. Last night I had something devasting happen to me and was visibly upset. Yomada (sp?) was amazing. She was patient and kind. She took her time with me, and reassured me that everything was gonna be fine. She even helped me to my room and explained everything to me. Its people like her that keep me coming back. My first stay, I was in the main bldg. This stay I was in the property next door. Both rooms were clean and neat and to be honest, I think I prefered the property next door. If you have an opportunity to stay in Miami Beach, thiis is the place to stay. Just a block walk to everything.

My favorite place to stay when I go to S Beach. Love the new decor and Jungle Bar in the lobby. Bartenders and staff were so nice and generous. Drink prices were affordable compared to what the area charges. I always get the suite. Huge rooms for the price. The bed or frame was extremely squeaky this time around in 402. Saw lots of hair in the bathroom. That pissed me off but they were attentive and took care of it when I mentioned it. So close to everything. Walking distance to beach. Generous with towels and beach chairs. Will definitely return and stay for my next trip.
