The front desk was terrible. No greetings and no directions to our room. Once in the room, the refrigerator was broke and no one responded when I called to see if it could be fixed. The only person willing to help the entire stay was the Manager Jay!

Booked this property at the last minute. I didn't realize how close it was to the Kaseya Center where I was going to watch the Dua Lipa concert. It ended up being awesome, because it was across the street and we just walked to the concert that evening.

Beautiful common areas, clean rooms, small bit thats expected and wasnt a problem for us. HOWEVER - be aware that the third floor rooms facing Kaseya center have the metro mover train running quite literally a couple of feet in front of your window, so there is zero privacy (the front desk told me the windows have provacy protection on the outside - not true, as we checked when we we walking outside. If you dont have privacy curtains down, there is a perfect view into your room. Not sure if the traij passengers can comfortably see in when the train is moving, but if it slows down or stops, you will feel like a crowd just walked inside. And the front desk didnt bother giving any heads up to me and my teenage daughter when assigning a room (we did ask them for assistance to pick the best view.) Otherwise, would definitely stay again - just not on the third floor.

Cozy room with a perfect view of the Bay. We got to see the cruise ships turning around at the end of the bay right from our room. There was also a CVS right on the corner so we could get some last-minute items for our upcoming cruise. Also had a McDonalds down the street for a quick meal or even a restaurant across the way by the front door. Even has a bowling alley/ arcade right next door. Prime location if you're going on a cruise. I highly recommend!
