The room and staff were fine, but the phone in the room did not work. I also had items delivered to the hotel and was charged $5 to receive them, which felt ridiculous.

Property is extremely run down. Rooms were out dated and furniture was very shabby. Bathrooms need gutting. Hallways were beat up, carpet old. Shower floor was actually soft and bendy, felt like I would fall through. Seems that they have a deal with Carnival cruise lines, built in, guaranteed revenue? Maybe that’s why there’s no effort in upkeep. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

The stay was terrible. The shuttle doesn’t even open to 6am we were advised but our flight was before that. The restaurant had no drinks food was good though. And all night it was so loud with slamming doors and loud people we checked out at 3 am

Didn't really care for this particular type of room, the bathroom didn't look updated, . Overall I really wasn't pleased with the type of room that I paid for. How far i had to park away from the hotel...hallway not clean, approaching the room. No tub shower, Only a handicap shower. Not pleased at all.

There is a free shuttle from MIA. The room was clean, big and had everything we needed to stay the night before our cruise. It was also very well air-conditioned. There was transportation to the cruise Port with reasonable prices although we chose Uber. They have a pretty good breakfast (not included but yummy). The staff was really nice and check out was super easy.

The stay was pleasant, however I noticed that each day I returned my key would not work. I ended up having to go back downstairs to get my key sorted. Happened for 2 days straight. After that I stopped at the front desk to check it just so I did not have to go back down.
