The hotel is dated, but the professionalism and customer service provided by the staff made up for any imperfections of the hotels. The manager and the customer service rep at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate us. I truly appreciated their service.

We stayed when our flight was cancelled twice due to weather, so it was a stressful time, but the staff were so kind and helpful! We arrived well before check in time, and they went out of their way to get our room ready early. The manager came and checked on us while we were waiting in the lobby. The room and the lobby were very clean. The bed was comfortable. We would definitely recommend the Comfort Suites Kendall, and we would book it again.

We were given the key for a room that was occupied and walked in on an elderly couple and scared them. It was rectified but that’s unacceptable from a security perspective. I gave access to all their personal belongings had they not been in there. The room we got was musty, and the windows were covered in dirt, moss and mold.
