Smooth seamless check in experience. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Excellent location. Super close proximity to Dolphin Mall which is ideal. Breakfast is a little pricey but quite convenient.

I always stay here when I am in Miami. Hotel is walking distance from Dolphin mall and rooms are clean and comfortable. The only thing i want to highlight is that Management needs to pay attention to the condition of the property. My door lock malfunctiond (however the saff sorted this out) and the bathrooms need a refresher.

Great location (on the Dolphin Mall compound) including 15 minutes away from airport. Adequately sized room with comfortable bed and pillows. The rooms do look and feel a bit dated however, and should be upgraded to complement the rest of the property. Overall very good and will stay again.
