Amazing hotel

Absolutely GOATED STAY, this hotel was amazing, if i could give it 7 stars I WOULD!!! From the service to the Valet parking services man these people were attentive and top notch :) most definitely would stay again at this hotel whenever possible

The room/property was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. It’s at a great location as well. Only thing we didn’t like was the fact that valet parking is the ONLY parking they offer. And they charge you $26 extra daily.

The room was dirty, didn’t look like it had been vacuumed. We found pubic hairs on two of the towels. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. AC didn’t work was an overall bad stay.

Terrible!

If I was able to give this hotel a zero I would. It was terrible! The hotel is lacking in quality and cleanliness. Dirty rooms, hairs on the supposedly clean towels, in a word “disgusting” to say the least. Management does not seem to care, no manager on site and then they told us they will be someone at 9 am, no one showed. Then they said at 11 am another manager should be there and it didn’t happen either.

Nice staff but it was very disappointing that no parking was available unless you paid for Valet services had to park two blocks away. Pool had all kinds of debris in it and hot tub was not work only reason why I book specifically there was for the hot tub website had no note or announcement that the hot tub was not work didn’t find out till check in time
