Clean and spacious room. The most comfortable mattress - famous Sheraton beds! Diego at front desk nice and friendly! Bar and restaurant was nice too. I got there last night and had perfect soup and glass of wine without having to go out! Everything was great

There was a problem with the thermostat. The airconditioning was eithor on or off. If it was on, it would not shut off at the set temperature but just keep cooling. Walked into the room when I first got there and it was 62 degrees. shut it off and never turned it on until the next day.

Reception advised and responded favorably. Toilet seat broken, TV kept going black. As noted on previous stays, the temperature was 63F when we arrived and it took ages to get warmer.

I had previously booked another room elsewhere. I changed it to the Sheridan because it had a pool when I checked in. They said the pool was shut down for maintenance. It was very disappointing. They also had no food available in the afternoon the staff at the front desk was accommodating, and the chamber maids were wonderful.
