Rooms are great. Facilites are great. But they are understaffed. Though they accommodated my need to give a cash deposit in lieu of a card hold, the night shift staff made no effort to search for the envelope I was assured would be within easy reach and ultimately refused to return my cash deposit taking advantage of the fact I couldn’t wait around for the day staff to return.
