This is my 2nd time this year staying at this hotel, and I don’t know that I will be back. The room was clean and beds are comfortable; however, the front desk staff wasn’t very friendly, I didn’t get my bottle of wine that was owed to me and we had a situation where another person was coming on a different flight than the rest of the group and they were giving her the run around about giving her a key, even though they were told at check in and before we left that morning.

Property for the most part was great! Beautiful space and my husband and i loved the balcony! But the navy blue blanket kept in the room need to be washed or replaced! It has burn marks.. you can feel it. And valet should not be 75.00 for guests! Extreme amount!

This hotel would be really good if the staff including the manager knew what customer service was. We payed extra foe city view while booking and they put us to see two construction buildings. When we addressed this with the manager she more or less said if we didn’t like it we should leave. I mean I’ve worked at customer service before and one thing I know is you should not be rude or condescending with customers. Also they don’t clean the rooms daily or even empty the trash. You gotta book once and 24 hrs before apparently. Also don’t try asking for help on using the amenities.

We loved our stay, the rooftop pool was amazing and my daughter had a great time swimming. I loved how convenient it was to the pier and shopping around the area, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The staff were so helpful and kind, we will definitely stay here again when we come to Miami

The charge for valet parking is 75 usd,even if on the screen at the hotel tv shows 60 usd The breakfast has to be incl.the room price,but the hotel are charging the breakfast. The spa also additional charge 25 usd /person. Never informed previously on the expedia site these additional charges
