Was a bit smaller than expected but for a10 year old girls weekend it was great. Museum of Ice cream only a block away. Wrap around balcony and the view from the pool was the best. A Only shocker was valet parking was $75 a night

Super clean!! Spacious! Beautiful design! Even had washer/dryer in the 2 br. Only complaint would be that living room area was nice and cold but bedrooms were too warm. I wish it was other way around.

Hotel was good but the master bedroom was missing a remote for the fan. Whilst the fan could be turned on from the wall, unfortunately the large light on the fan also turned on, this could.not be turned off without the remote. So the room was very hot at night. I mentioned it to the hotel staff but nothing was done. Otherwise it was a good stay.

the property boast a hip vibe but the rooms are subpar at best with little to no amenities. the couch and seating are outdoor grade vinyl. the small cafe shop is overpriced and underwhelming. the customer service seems annoyed by any request. no housekeeping for a five day period is absurd.

The “city view” was just construction. Which in addition to being an eye sore, was NOISY. I had to ask several times for my free bottle of wine. When we asked about the included prepaid breakfast I was first told there “was no such thing” by a front desk woman who barely spoke English. I had to speak with several people to get the breakfast AND even then, it wasn’t free. I was given a $25 credit LOL??????? What a joke. Not worth the money. Will not return. Terrible slow staff. Hard to check in and out. Bad service. The restaurant when we finally went, DIDNT ACKNOWLEDGE US! We sat for 20-25 minutes then moved to the bar. Bartender (Milena?) was the ONLY STAFF I CAME IN CONTACT WITH THAT KNEW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH CARE, ATTENTION, AND WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. I repeat, SHE WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO DID A GOOD JOB. everything else , awful.
