We had a very nice stay at Gunjan's property. The accommodation was great and very close to the beach. The host, Gunjan, was very communicative to all of our questions with quick responses. Since we are beach people we stayed at the beach everyday and did not use the 2 pools. The views from the balcony are wonderful. Comfortable beds and Nice showers. There are towels, hand soap, toilet paper, and shampoo in every bathroom. The kitchen had dish soap, sponge and paper towels. You will need to bring tissues. As a bonus there were 4 water bottles in the room for us which we really appreciated. Bring your water canisters for the beach. There is a water fountain at the pool area to fill them up. The AC works properly and keeps the property nice and cool. We did like that the Hotel had a marketplace to purchase food and beverage items which was very convenient. They also have a pool bar to order drinks and food as well. They even have servers that come to the beach for you to order food and drinks. It's Miami so remember everything is expensive. You can rent beach chairs and umbrellas at the beach and they accept credit cards. Cash is not needed anywhere at the hotel or at the beach. Apple Pay works. The keys to the room are wrist bands that you can take into the water without any issues. You can obtain beach and pool towels from the towel attendant at the pool for free with your room number but remember to return them everyday. Thank you Gunjan for the wonderful stay!
