no laundry available, was promised a drink and had never received one, blankets and sheets had spots on them for all 5 days I was there, i was charged extra $136 fees for 5 days there (surprise bill) BUT: fantastic service, great staff, close to the beach (1min walk), room service was provided by wonderful kind women, quiet cozy atmosphere of a typical beach hotel (reminded me of Hawaii hotels), free towels. Overall enjoyed my stay. Best thing was of couse the hotel location. I like to stay super close to the hotel And tons of wonderful bars and restaurants around.

I think this is my new fave place for a staycation. It reminds me of an Italian Pensione and the staff is wonderful and accommodating. Beach access great and the room and bed are very comfortable and nicely done. Good value .

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Henrosa Hotel - South Beach Perfection I had such an incredible stay at the Henrosa Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. I needed to check in early, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. They were warm, courteous, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully upgraded, and has that modern-boutique charm that feels both elevated and cozy. It’s chic, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. My room was immaculate, comfortable, and stocked with water and coffee, which is always appreciated. The location truly can’t be beaten. Tucked beside a quiet alley yet just steps from South Beach, it’s an easy walk to the ocean, running trails, and all the energy of the beach. Walk the opposite direction and you’re surrounded by shops, restaurants, and everything you want access to in South Beach. Beach chairs included were such a bonus! I can’t recommend the Henrosa Hotel highly enough. Everything about my stay was seamless and enjoyable. I will absolutely stay here again!

For the price that I paid for this hotel room, the experience was great. It is one block from the beach and Starbucks. It is a comfortable Hotel, without being too expensive. I chose this hotel for the price and the proximity to the beach.

L’accueil était bien. La décoration est belle. Le lit était trop petit et trop mou ce qui m’a empêché de passer une belle nuit de sommeil. Beaucoup de bruits dans les corridors. Chambre 101 prêt de l’accueil. L’hôtel est très bien situé près de tout. Beaux produits offerts pour se laver. 2 bouteilles d’eau, 2 boissons gazeuses et 2 biscuits Oreo offerts gratuitement comme collation.

Natalia was very attentive to all my requests and warm, welcoming and friendly. The setting is very pleasant. A lobby that is comfy and a nice outdoor patio. My room was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable and the shower was spacious with excellent water pressure. The hairdryer worked well and I was pleased to have a quiet room looking out onto the adjacent hotel along a pedestrian walkway. I’ve stayed a few times and I will stay there this month too. Location is ideal. Close proximity to ocean and the restaurants and shopping.

Check in was easy but had to pay an unexpected additional resort fee per person per night plus deposit. We had to change our own sheets because we found hair on three different rooms (beds) we tried. It's not worth the price but I guess you're paying for location.
