The stay was not enjoyable. Check in process was difficult and took over an hour at 2am. Upon getting to our room, we noticed that the master bedroom bed was covered in hair and had stains on every piece of bed linen in the room. We called the host and were unable to get in contact with them. We then went downstairs to the reception, but they said they were unable to help because the booking was through Vrbo. I then proceeded to call Vrbo support and was told the issue would be fixed in the morning and there was nothing that could be done at the moment. We slept on top of the cleanest sheet we could find and woke up shivering throughout the night. The next morning I called the host( a poorly ran management company) immediately and was told housekeeping would be there at 11am to fix the issue. No apology, no acknowledgment of the issue, no compensation for my experience, simply a blunt âwhat else do you wantâ. House keeping did not arrive until 8pm that day after being told many other times of arrival by both the management company that operates on the hostâs behalf and Vrbo support. I am extremely disappointed with the disrespect I received as a guest and do not think the time and energy wasted trying to get clean sheets was justified given the price of the stay. Do not stay here.
