However, the premises kept the AC running at an amazing 67 degrees in the middle of the winter, making common areas like the restaurant and hallways unbearably cold. That was insane, and staffing agreed and stated they have complained to maintenance at no avail.Gym was decent

Room was clean and comfortable until you looked out the window and it was so dirty. Also, one night a flock of parrots landed on the window sill and kept us up all night. I’m sure that’s not the first time.

The beds were uncomfortable, the staff is friendly, but i had to request the room be cleaned many times. If cleaning is not done daily, what is the point of staying in a hotel?? They over charge for valet parking and provide no other option. Location is great, rooms are remodeled, but beds are old and in bad shape.
