We had trouble getting in to the room, the key evidently wasn’t programmed right and had to replace 4x, the shower tub wasn’t draining properly, they did fix that. The door was very hard to open.

Falls short of expected Marriott Hotel Standards

First, we had to move to different room because the first room was quite noisy with the ongoing construction. Btw, construction activity was from 9am-5pm everyday. The front desk receptionist was unaccommodating and manager was not available to assist, very frustrating! Second, The bathroom drain wasn’t working properly, water was taking a long time to drain but we were too tired to complain. This hotel did not meet the expected standards.

Had an excellent stay. Lots to eat within walking distance. Publix across the street. The Metro rail a short walk away. So convenient for dropping our son off at the University! Will definitely book there again!
