I recently stayed at Miccosukee Casino & Resort and had a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was generally helpful. However, I did encounter some challenges during my stay that I hope management addresses in the future. Overall, it was an okay visit, but there’s room for improvement. I hope management takes guest feedback more seriously moving forward.

The room had no air drier for my wife. The wifi was very had to access and kept dropping out. The wc was to american standard so did not flush away and there was no wc brush to clean. The door card keys did not work the lift. Other guess commented on this too. We got stuck in the lift. The restrant was good and so was the guitar player.

I had a appointment on attending a outing later that day and I spoke to Hector about cleaning my room wasn't cleaned wen I returned when I was told it would be cleaned. U spoke to front desk because my room wasn't cleaned someone was supposed to give me a call and a leavee a E-mail about my issue and still today no call no E-mail, major concerns and very unacceptable.
