Illegal discrimination & reservation cancelled

After communicating with hotel that it would be a very late checkin (it as about 9pm)I inquired about hypoallergenic bedding and cleaning products. I’m anaphylactically allergic to them. I didn’t mention that to the staff. When I called around 11pm and seeing the invoice showing paid in full, I was told that I didn’t have a reservation and that there were no available beds. What was done was illegal discrimination and very unprofessional on the female employee’s part. I am escalating this to corporate when I get home tomorrow. I didn’t stay here. And won’t use this site again NOR will I use Hotels.com ever again as well, no matter the savings.

Great value for money. It is very basic. But i found the staff friendly and the room was clean. At the end of the day, its a budget hotel and you get what you pay for. I would recommend for anyone who just wants a cheap place to spend the night.

Front office man was super short with me. There was hardly any furniture in room. We had to pay 100 that we got back after our room was inspected after checkout, they did that to make sure we didn't steal i guess everyone steals from them.

For 280$ it's definitely not worth it. It's an ild building, dirty and no breakfast. No more Motel 6 for us.

Stay was for one night before a cruise. Landed late so only slept, can’t comment on more than the room. Two tiny pillows per bed. Shower tile wasn’t inviting. Decided not to use. Front desk was fast and efficient for check in. Room was basic, but we got what we paid for.

Don’t normally do reviews, but felt compelled for this one. The room had what looked like poop smears in the bathroom, found a roach in the bathroom, and a small bug on the bed. The staff in the morning was polite, but that was the only positive. Save your money and stay somewhere else!!
