It was a great rest stop ! I got there almost at 2:00 a.m. And still had to pay a $100 deposit to check out in a few hours. Super clean hotel but it had no refrigerator or a microwave. Plus the TV was blurry!!

They never give me back my full deposit. Use cash for your deposit that’s the only way you will get back the 100. They only give me 50. When asking for towels and wash clothes wouldn’t give them to me or my mother. Also alit of store in the area

The property was clean. It was located off a main street, about 20mins from the cruise port. There is a starbucks and dunkin donuts right next door. Was a nice place to stay a night before leaving on a cruise.

Bad staff service

I booked for April 27th to may 1,I get there on the 28th they never told I need a 100 deposit because i paid my room in full but okay I paid the 100 and Duran the day a black Haitian lady come in to my room pretending she don’t speak Creole only Spanish enter my room without knocking and on her phone speaking Creole my husband was talking to her she told him she don’t speak Creole and I hello she was to busy on her phone she ignored me I was in so much pain I couldn’t take a picture of what she call clean my husband when to the office they send the cleaning manager she is a very nice lady she cleaned herself I got to say thank you.may first I am supposed to leave there is this lady with her tablet at 11 am ask us to we was getting ready to leave she said if we don’t leave she will call the police on us we didn’t disrespect her or rude anything like that and remember we have our 100 deposit from them since I was in I can’t remember they name but the only person that was nice was cleaning manager after that all the staff was rude and horrible
