It’s not a hotel; there’s no lobby or room service. When I checked out on the day of my departure, they called me at 11 am and informed me that I could extend my check-out time. They provided me with a link to pay for the extended check-out, which cost me $60. However, at approximately 1:20 pm, Cindy, a staff member, called me and was extremely rude. She informed me that I had to check out within 15 minutes or she would call the police on me. I tried to explain that I had paid for the extended check-out, but she denied my request and told me that it was denied. Ten minutes later, Cindy arrived at my room and knocked on the door. She threatened me and my family, stating that she would call the police and accuse us of trespassing. It was an extremely inconvenient situation. After I checked out, I called the management and explained the entire incident. They attempted to conceal Cindy’s name, but later, she sent me an apology message. However, her apology was not acceptable.

Tenants are allowed to record other guest and management was made aware for a week and did nothing. People were allowing random strangers into the facilities and private areas disregarding restricted access. Just an unsafe environment even when reported.

It’s close to all the Miami attractions. Less than ten minutes to Miami Beach. Secure parking, very safe location, 24 hours front desk. The facility is fairly new, gym on site.

Excellent property, well maintained, very clean, quiet (some older reviews complained about road noise from Biscayne Blvd but I have not experienced that at all), competent staff, have stayed here before. Does not feel like a hotel—all the units are condos and there's free gated self parking (most other high-end hotels around here only have valet parking).

Centrally located, these rented apartments are nicely appointed and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Nomada Residences are located adjacent to the Miami Design District with its upper end designers and one block from the bridge to Miami Beach.
