The hotel was outdated, the elevator buttons were pushed in, the lobby was fully updated, and the transportation was fully updated, the drinks were overpriced, the food was overpriced, we could hear our neighbors next-door, the TV stopped working two hours before checkout when we called asking about the checkout process, the bed was old and squeaky like a motel where you take your date to, there wasn’t any free breakfast, and there were so much Carpet. It was hard to navigate your suitcases throughout the facility, the toilet did not flush, and it was very loud, the shower and bathtub was outdated, and I almost slipped and fell, the bathtub did not drain, had to go on a scavenger hunt to find the blow dryer.

This hotel was okay overall. I upgraded my room for a lagoon view since I came to reset and prepare for my upcoming business year. The room and bed were comfortable, and the ladies who cleaned my room daily were excellent. However, the male staff seriously lack customer service training. When I first arrived, reception told me to ask the shuttle driver to take me to Publix across the street. The driver responded reluctantly, saying, “You know it’s right across the street?” implying I should walk and then said he was on break, so I had to wait for the next one. At check-in, no one offered to help me with my bags up the stairs, even though I saw other women receiving assistance. When I was checking out and again asked for help, the same receptionist told me there was no one available because the shuttle driver, who also serves as the bellman, was getting ready to go to the airport. I went back upstairs and tried to manage my luggage on my own, but the luggage cart wouldn’t budge. Frustrated, I called and asked for the manager and only then did someone suddenly appear to help me. During my stay, I worked out most days and needed to stay hydrated. I wasn’t informed that complimentary water was provided, so I assumed the bottles in the room were chargeable and went to Publix to buy water. Later, when I ran out and went to the front desk, another male receptionist gave me a single bottle and said, “I think you have two in your room” I will not be staying here again.

Worst hole i v ever been in after two days of no room service went down to the front desk to ask for water for the coffee maker. I was told the hotel has no water left at all walking up the saw room service and asked her for water and she stated that they had ran out of water and there was no water no coffee. The room was disgusting dirty very old.

tHE FRONT IS SITUATED IN A WAY, THAT MAKES IT DIFFICULT FOR HOTEL GUESTS WITH HANDICAPPED ISSUES TO GET THEIR LUGGAGE ETC OUT AND SORTED, THEM PARK, AND HOPE THE ITEMS ARE STILL THERE WHEN RETURNING. NO BELLMEN IN THIS SITUATION, IS A BAD IDEA, AND CONTRARY TO "GUEST SERVICE" - WHEN THE BELLMAN IS ALSO THE DRIVER FOR A/P GUESTS. THE DINING IS -NON EXISTANT. WE DO NOT WANT TO EAT AT THE BAR, MY COMPANION, CANNOT SIT THERE COMFORTABLY, WE DO NOT WANT TO SIT AT A SKINNY RAIL - AND WE DO NOT WANT TO SIT WHERE OUR DISHES ARE 2 FEET FROM OUR SEATS. ADD IN A BARTENDED WITH ABAD ATTITUDE, AND NO KNOW;LEDGE ON SIMPLE DRINKS. HE ACTUALLY GOT THE ALCOHOL WRONG, ON A COCKTAIL- CHOSEN FROM YOUR COCKTAIL LIST.

This place was disgusting. Mold in the fridge, stains on sheets, dust and cobwebs everywhere, it didn’t even appear the floors were vacuumed. My dorm was cleaner than this thing.
