The night auditor was really helpful. My main issue was that on a usually cold Miami night there was no heat output from the AC. After a day that included a transatlantic flight, a diverted flight due to weather and re-booking resulting in additional travel time, I was too tired to have to wait for someone to come see what issue was. Lauers did the trick.

Great stay despite hotel being extra busy (marathon and snow storm!) rooms are all you need for a couple of nights stay. Bathrooms probably could do with an update, but they do what you need them to! Our rate this time included breakfast, which was great value (though cost out of pocket did feel quite steep at $27pp) Overall the Pullman is our hotel of choice when flying through Miami

Loved this hotel! It was very clean and lived up to the 5 star reviews. Staff was super friendly at check in. And we loved the pool area with the water fall cascading feature in the pool!

The first room I was given to had some trash and used towels in the bathroom. I dont think the housekeeper was finished cleaning. The second room I was given to, the thermostat control was not operational and had to sleep in my room cold, I called front desk and they just gave me a tiny table heater. If the front desk staff wasn't so friendly, my stay wouldve been extra terrible.

They beds were so old you felt the springs. Only had air and room was very cold. Didn’t have heat and only provided thin blankets. My hand towels have brown stains and I have pictures to show. The front desk was always so busy to help with and needs. Could have had better shower curtains so the water didn’t get on the floor. The TV Stand freezer was so warped in the corner from the fridge. Also the room had an off smell

The hotel is understaffed. No extra pillows or blankets. The ac in the room only works on high fan and the temperature could not be adjusted. We froze because no extra blankets. The room smelled awful and had to use cologne to make it smell ok-ish. Was woken up in the middle of the night from a strong Gould smell coming through the air conditioning vents. Had to turn off the system. The provided bath products were empty. The beds are uncomfortable and have springs that creak when you roll over. The drinks at the bar were more expensive than what I pay when I stay at the Ritz Carlton. The pool are is pretty but there are like 10 pieces of furniture for guests to use and this is a large hotel. At one time this was probably a nice hotel but our visit it was miserable. Lesson learned. Cannot recommend and will not return.
