Front desk and shuttle staff were friendly. Coctails at bar were undrinkable. Bartender wasn't readily available. Bed was very uncomfortable. Difficult for our Uber driver to get in and out of property.

The hotel needs some love. Beds are awful far too soft for even a child . I booked a suite thinking it would be of the standard of the Pullman in Sydney Australia , no . I have to say the staff were fantastic, we had the very friendly maintenance person up to fix our TV twice and upon checkout after complaining about the dreadful nights sleep or lack of he’s was most apologetic for the bad night. I also paid an extra $60 plus tax for the privilege of checking in earlier. I should not have bothered. The airport shuttle was the only saving grace at 4.30 this morning thanks to the efficient driver.

There wasn’t any perks given, no drinks voucher as per the perks advertised on the expedia account or any room upgrades either. The room didn’t have a kettle to have any tea or coffee machine and hotel shuttle didn’t arrive for an hour after a 10 hour flight we gave up and got a taxi instead. In house dining wasn’t available either, when you have elderly guests it’s harder to manage after a long flight. I have stayed at this hotel only a year ago and it was really good, i was disappointed this time round. Also there is no usb charging points in the standard rooms whereas last time I did have a few.
